Do it better and do it good! Sandbag, kettlebell, dumbbell, and barbell – these things that were once unfamiliar are now part and parcel of my weight training.

Progressing step by step from 8kg to 12kg to 15kg sandbag, from 8kg to 12kg kettlebell, from 2kg to 3kg to 4kg to 5kg dumbell, and from 10kg to 12kg barbell, I’m so proud of myself!
